Welcome to Holo Bags. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, and delivered. Our aim is to provide a clear, reliable, and transparent delivery experience.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Made-to-order items

Some products may be marked as made to order on their product page or in the Shipping & Returns section.

This means the item is specially prepared for your order and may require an additional 3–7 business days before dispatch, on top of the standard processing time.

Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once preparation has started and are not eligible for return due to personal preference. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

The estimated delivery time does not include order-processing time or any additional made-to-order preparation time.

If express shipping is offered at checkout, it speeds up transit time only. It does not reduce the time required to process or prepare your order.

3. Tracking and Support

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking may not update while a parcel is in customs clearance or moving between logistics hubs. This is normal, and updates generally resume within 48–72 hours.

4. Delivery Issues, Lost Parcels, and Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and phone number are complete and accurate when placing your order.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and Holo Bags promptly. We will provide the available shipment information and assist with the investigation where possible.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to respond to customs or carrier requests, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend the order. Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

5. Delays

During high-demand periods, sales events, public holidays, or unexpected logistics disruptions, processing and delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.

Although we work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, carrier delays, customs delays, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

We recommend placing orders in advance if you need an item for a specific date.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees determined by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Holo Bags is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for parcels returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import charges.
